Worcester Community Housing Resources works with private and public partners to develop both home ownership and rental housing in key neighborhood locations.
With real estate development and management staff experienced in most federal, state, and local financing programs, WCHR has the ability to work with property owners, local government, and advocates in developing a plan and financial package to turn vacant land and underused or abandoned buildings into quality housing.

The Oriol Drive Permanent Supportive Housing project will convert a 114-room former Quality Inn Hotel and Suites to individual income-restricted one-bedroom and studio apartments, associated common areas, and supportive service spaces.
