WCHR owns and manages 112 rental units in thirteen separate properties within the City of Worcester. They that include family apartments, special needs homes, and sober single-room lodging homes. It also manages 32 affordable apartments for other entities.
WCHR has been able to partner with State and Federal agencies to provide subsidy financing and rental assistance for many units, enabling families and individuals to live in high-quality, well-managed homes at a rent they can afford. Consequently, they are better able to provide for their family and individual needs, while living in a safe, clean, and sober environment.
