Whitmarsh Center

This project is a partnership between Worcester Community Housing Resources, Zion Lutheran Church, and Friendly House that will involve exterior and interior upgrades as well as increased accessibility and energy efficiency.

 

The resulting, multi-use, fully accessible center will include an emergency family shelter run by Friendly House, affordable rental housing in the parsonage, church congregation activities in the church sanctuary, a community hall in the church basement, and parking spaces in the lots across the street.
