Worcester Community Housing Resources works with private and public partners to develop both home ownership and rental housing in key neighborhood locations. With a development and management staff experienced in almost all federal, state, and local financing programs, WCHR has the ability to work with property owners, local government, and advocates in developing a plan and financial package to turn vacant land and underused or abandoned buildings into quality housing.
WCHR also works with non-profit agencies and for-profit developers to provide financing for their development projects and to assist with the location of additional funding. The organization also provides services to help to manage facitility development or rehabilitation projects.
