During the past decade, WCHR has built a track record of success; helping hundreds of families each year buy their first home. Accomplishments include rehabilitating the once dilapidated and drug-infested properties on King Street with over $3 million in new investment, restoring key vacant properties in Elm Park and on Crown Hill, and helping rebuild other Worcester neighborhoods through the WCHR Community Loan Fund.
