Buying a home for the first time can be overwhelming. WCHR, with the NeighborWorks® HomeOwnership Center of Worcester www.hocw.net provides an array of services that can help. Services include one-to-one credit counseling, multi-family opportunities, mortgage preparation and application assistance, and introductory seminars to the mandatory first-time homebuyer training.
The HomeOwnership Center also offers a post-purchase workshop. It is designed to assist you maintain your most important investment, your home. Topics covered will be:
