Community Loan Fund
The Community Loan Fund is a pool of loans and contributions that provides financing below market rates to qualified community projects for the development of affordable housing and small businesses. The Fund provides financial assistance to individuals or organizations that have the potential to provide affordable housing and successful small business opportunities in the Worcester area. Within certain guidelines, the investment amount, the term of the loan, the interest rate, and how often interest payments are paid are all negotiated and tailored to the individual or organization.
