Affordable Housing Development
WCHR’s real estate development mission is to develop and rebuild neighborhoods into attractive, economically strong areas for all who live, work, visit, worship, and study there. WCHR procures and rehabilitates distressed houses and apartments. The affordable, viable housing is then sold to low and moderate-income first-time homebuyers or rented out and managed by our WCHR staff Jini Henderson.
